I’m Delin Thangjam, a developer studying Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

I build for the web end to end. RentMate is a Next.js app running on its own NestJS and PostgreSQL API, with payments, chat and a trust-and-safety console; GreenUP runs on plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with Supabase underneath. The work keeps returning to the unglamorous parts: an upload queue that survives a dropped connection, a payment path that stays consistent under concurrent requests, a README that says plainly what is still simulated. Next on my path: backend engineering.

The Expeditions

Two expeditions beyond the wall: built end to end, and live. Each has its own report.

    • Escrow booking with Razorpay checkout, and wallets for customers and companions.
    • In-app chat over Socket.IO, with bios and messages scanned for phone numbers, emails, handles and links, so every plan stays on the platform.

  2. RentMate’s web app now runs on its own API

Sign-in, profiles and uploads, bookings with Razorpay, chat, wallets, verification and the whole admin console moved from mock data to the NestJS API. The mock layer stays for local interface work.
